I felt like I was at breaking point, like I couldn’t cope with my anxiety anymore, I needed a toolbox to help me get through the triggers for my anxiety. 

After therapy I learned how to feel my emotions & process them. To understand that I am not my anxiety it is just a feeling & I can overcome it. I know what triggers me & why it does now.
