I’m an integrative relational therapist, which is a fancy way of saying I’m experienced in a number of approaches so there are several ways that I can support you. I use principles of understanding how the past influences the present (psychodynamic), the link between thoughts, behaviour and responses (CBT) and making meaning and exploring relationships (Existentialism).
I also believe in the power of journaling, mindfulness and practical steps to helping you to feel calmer and more empowered.
While my experience and training means that I can support you through difficulty, the most important part of therapy is having a therapist that you feel comfortable with.
I like to bring humour into my sessions where appropriate and I bring my authentic self – so if you’re looking for a therapist that is a blank screen, then I’m probably not the therapist for you.

If we feel that we can work together, we’ll book our first call in the diary.
In the comfort of your own home, we’ll have our first virtual call and begin healing.
